Sofort im Spiel (empfohlen)

HitRally öffnen.
Menü (☰ oben links) → „Konto & Daten“.
„Konto löschen“ antippen und bestätigen.

Sofort und vollständig vom Server gelöscht werden: Konto-ID, Benutzername, Bestzeiten und Bestenlisten-Einträge, Ghosts und Laufaufzeichnungen (Replays), Likes und Dislikes, Freundesliste, Anfragen und Blockierungen, Duelle, die Prüfergebnisse deiner Läufe, die Kaufprüfung und, falls angelegt, deine verschlüsselte Konto-Sicherung. Dein Wiederherstellungscode funktioniert danach nicht mehr. Danach setzt das Spiel auch den Spielstand auf deinem Gerät zurück (Punkte, Medaillen, Shop-Stücke, Einstellungen) und startet wie nach der Installation. Ohne Internetverbindung wird nichts gelöscht.

Du hast die App nicht mehr installiert? Dann fordere die Löschung per E-Mail an:

Bitte nenne in der E-Mail:

deinen Benutzernamen,
deinen Lösch-Code (Form xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), der im Spiel unter „Konto & Daten“ → „Lösch-Code für Anfragen ohne App“ steht; notiere ihn am besten, solange du die App noch hast,
ungefähr, wann du zuletzt gespielt hast, und die Plattform (iPhone/iPad oder Android).

Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen es per E-Mail. Danach löschen wir auch deine E-Mail.

Mit dem Lösch-Code löschen wir sofort. Nur dein Gerät kennt ihn, so kann niemand fremde Konten löschen lassen. Ohne Code löschen wir erst nach einer Rückfrage, die zeigt, dass das Konto dir gehört (zum Beispiel zu Strecken, auf denen du eine Bestzeit hast). Ein Konto ohne Benutzernamen können wir ohne Code nicht finden; es enthält dann auch keine Angaben, die auf dich hinweisen. Konten, die 24 Monate nicht benutzt wurden, löschen wir ohnehin automatisch samt Konto-Sicherung.

Du hast keinen Lösch-Code notiert, aber einen Wiederherstellungscode? Dann installiere die App, stelle dein Konto mit dem Code wieder her („Konto & Daten“) und lösche es danach direkt im Spiel.

Was danach bleibt

Käufe speichern Apple bzw. Google. Nach einer Neuinstallation holst du sie mit „Käufe wiederherstellen“ zurück.
Meldungen, die du über andere abgegeben hast, bleiben bis zur Entscheidung bzw. noch 90 Tage, aber ohne deine Konto-ID. Meldungen über dich werden gelöscht.
Sicherungskopien unseres Servers werden spätestens nach 30 Tagen überschrieben.
Wichtig: Die App zu löschen löscht dein Online-Konto nicht. Lösche zuerst das Konto im Spiel.

Immediately in the game (recommended)

Open HitRally.
Menu (☰ top left) → “Account & data”.
Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

This immediately and completely deletes from the server: account ID, username, best times and leaderboard entries, ghosts and run recordings (replays), likes and dislikes, friends list, requests and blocks, duels, the check results of your runs, the purchase verification and, if you created one, your encrypted account backup. Your recovery code no longer works afterwards. The game then also resets the progress on your device (points, medals, shop items, settings) and starts as after installation. Without an internet connection nothing is deleted.

Without the app, by email

No longer have the app installed? Request deletion by email:

Please include:

your username,
your deletion code (format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), shown in the game under “Account & data” → deletion code for requests without the app; best note it down while you still have the app,
roughly when you last played and the platform (iPhone/iPad or Android).

We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. Afterwards we delete your email too.

With the deletion code we delete right away. Only your device knows it, so nobody can have someone else’s account deleted. Without the code we only delete after a follow-up question that shows the account is yours (for example about tracks where you hold a best time). Without the code we cannot find an account that has no username; such an account then contains nothing that points to you. Accounts unused for 24 months are deleted automatically anyway, including the account backup.

No deletion code noted down, but you have a recovery code? Then install the app, restore your account with the code (“Account & data”) and delete it right there in the game.

What remains

Purchases are stored by Apple or Google. After a reinstall, get them back with “Restore Purchases”.
Reports you submitted about others remain until our decision or for another 90 days, but without your account ID. Reports about you are deleted.
Backups of our server are overwritten after at most 30 days.
Important: deleting the app does not delete your online account. Delete the account in the game first.
